INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup desi ghee
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • cardamom powder
  • 1/3 cup jaggery
  • For garnish
  • dry fruits

PREPARATION

    In a pan, add desi ghee, whole wheat flour and stir it until the flour turns brown. Add cardamom powder and mix it well.

    Add jaggery and stir it until it melts. Grease a tray with desi ghee. Add the mixture in the tray.
  3. 3

    Garnish with dry fruits and leave it to set. When the mixture is set, cut it into desired shapes and serve.
