INGREDIENTS

  • 2cup suji,2cup curd,1cup small chopped onion capsicum beans and grated carrot Buns,grated cheese, tomato sauce,mixed herbs ,

PREPARATION

    Mix curd and suji and add all the veggies salt and make a batter of it.

    Let it rest for half hour.
  3. 3

    Take the buns cut it into half.
  4. 4

    On each side of buns put the batter and roast it on nonstick pan with ghee on it.
  5. 5

    Then place the buns on a plate and apply tomato sauce grated cheese and mix herbs.
  6. 6

    Keep the bun again in a pan and cover it with lid till cheese melts.
