Sugarcane Chicken Drumsticks

  • FOR Sugarcane Chicken Drumsticks
  • 1 - 1 1/2 cup minced chicken
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp finely chopped ginger and garlic
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 tsp lemon and sugarcane juice
  • 2 tbsp panco crumbs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 egg
  • Salt
  • FOR Dip
  • 2 tbsp lemon and sugarcane juice
  • 2 - 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp finely chopped ginger
  • 2 - 3 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 - 3 tsp honey
  • FOR garnish
  • Mint leaves and Flower petals

    In a bowl, add minced chicken, salt as per taste, paprika powder, finely chopped ginger, garlic, curry powder and mix it well Add soy sauce, egg and mix it well again.

    Add lemon and sugarcane juice and mix it well Add panco crumbs and mix again.

    In a heated pan, add olive oil, roll the minced chicken to the sticks of sugarcane and let it cook.

    For preparing the dip, add lemon and sugarcane juice in a bowl Add brown sugar, finely chopped ginger, vinegar, olive and mix it Add honey and mix again.

    Garnish the Sugarcane Chicken Drumsticks with mint leaves, flower petals and serve with dip.
