INGREDIENTS

  • 1 blanched carrot
  • 2 to 3 blanched French beans
  • 1 baby corns
  • 1 Cabbage
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Green chilli paste
  • 1 tsp All ground spice
  • Lemon wedges
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp sweet corn
  • salt
  • black pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp grated cheese

HOW TO PREPARE SUBZI MILLI JULLI

    Julienne blanched carrot blanched and chopped French beans, blanched and sliced baby corn.
  2. 2

    Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the ginger garlic paste, chilli paste and chopped onions.
  3. 3

    Add chopped cabbage julienned red, yellow and green bell pepper, chopped blanched carrot, blanched French beans and baby corn.
  4. 4

    Add garam masala, pepper powder and salt and mix well.
  5. 5

    On the pizza base, apply tomato sauce and top it up with the vegetable mixture, grated cheese, lemon juice and sweet corns.
  6. 6

    Spread olive oil on a baking tray, place the pizza on it and bake in a pre heated oven at 180 C for 15 to 20 minutes.

    And lo! Your Subzi Milli Julli pizza is ready to be served.
