INGREDIENTS

  • FOR Stuffed Whole Wheat Crepes
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 2 tsp onions
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1/2 cup boiled and chopped baby potatoes
  • 1 cup blanched broccoli
  • Water
  • 2 tbsp cream
  • 2 tbsp cheese
  • FOR CREPE
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Refined flour
  • 3 tbsp Wheat flour
  • Salt
  • Crushed Black pepper
  • FOR THE SAUCE
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 2 tsp garlic chopped
  • 4 green olives
  • 1 tbsp cream
  • Water
  • 2 tsp Grated Cheese
  • Crushed Black pepper
  • Salt
  • FOR GARNISH
  • 2 to 3green olives
  • 1 sprig Coriander leaf
  • 1 sprig Basil leaf

HOW TO PREPARE STUFFED WHOLE WHEAT CREPES

    For the whole wheat crepes: Blend milk and egg together into a blender.

    Then transfer it into a mixing bowl.
  3. 3

    Add refined flour wheat flour, salt and pepper to make the batter.
  4. 4

    Mix it well and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  5. 5

    For the stuffing: Heat oil and butter in a saucepan.
  6. 6

    Add chopped onions and chopped garlic into the pan.
  7. 7

    Sauté them well.
  8. 8

    Then, add diced boiled potatoes, blanched broccoli, cream, water and grated cheese.

    Spread the batter in a fresh pan.

    Cook the crepes until both the sides turn brown.

    (Tip: Cook the crepes on medium flame so that it does not stick to the pan) Remove the crepes onto a plate.

    Fill the crepes with the broccoli stuffing and roll it in the shape of a triangle.

    Melt butter in a saucepan and fry the stuffed whole wheat crepes until it turns brown and crispy.

    For the cheese sauce: Melt butter in a saucepan.

    Add chopped garlic sliced olive, cream, water and cheese.

    Sprinkle it with black pepper and salt.
  17. 17

    Top it off on the whole wheat crepes.

    Garnish the dish with olives coriander leaves and a basil leaf.
