  • 5 tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 cup rice boiled
  • ¼ cup onions
  • ¼ cup green bell peppers
  • ¼ cup red bell peppers
  • ¼ cup yellow bell peppers
  • ¼ cup jalapenos
  • 2 tbsp coriander
  • black pepper powder
  • salt
  • 2 to 3 tbsp paneer grated
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • grated cheese
  • 2 tbsp oil for brushing
  • green chutney
  • coriander

HOW TO PREPARE STUFFED TOMATOES

    Cut the head of the tomatoes and deseed to create hollow space.

    In a bowl, combine boiled rice, chopped onions, green, red, and yellow bell peppers, jalapenos, coriander, black pepper powder, salt, grated paneer, and breadcrumbs.

    Mix well.

    Stuff the tomatoes with the filling and arrange them in a baking dish.

    Top with grated cheese and apply oil using a brush.

    Grill for 5 to 6 min.

    Serve the stuffed tomatoes on a bed of green chutney and garnish with chopped coriander.
