Prepare the filling by combining grated cheese chopped green chillies, butter, chopped bell pepper (red, green, and yellow), chopped spring onion greens, salt, crushed black pepper, and worcestershire sauce. Remove the stems from the mushrooms to make cavities. Fill the cavities with the prepared cheese filling. Coat the top with refined flour batter and roll the mushrooms in breadcrumbs. Heat oil for deep frying. Deep fry the stuffed mushrooms until golden brown. Drain excess oil with a tissue paper. Arrange the stuffed mushrooms in the serving plate. Garnish with spring onion greens and serve with ranch dressing.
