INGREDIENTS

  • Ingredients;
  • All purpose flour-1cup
  • Egg -1
  • Salt-to taste
  • Sugar-1tsp
  • Curry leaves{finely chopped}-few
  • For stuffing
  • Chicken {boneless}-200gm
  • Tomato-1paste
  • Ginger garlic paste-1tsp
  • Onion-1big
  • Mustard-1/2tsp
  • Oil-10ml
  • Chilli powder-1tbsp
  • Garam masala-1tbsp
  • Salt-to taste
  • Turmeric powder-1/2tsp

PREPARATION

    Take a bowl add all purpose flour.

    Then add sugar,salt,add some water and oil for making dough.

    Leave it the dough for 10 min fully wrap.

    Then take a dough into a balls .
  5. 5

    Knead the dough separate take a finely chopped Curry leaves stuff on surface.

    Stuffing:.

    Heat a pan add oil&mustard seed it sprinkles after add tomatoes.

    Saute well the onions ,add Ginger garlic paste,then add tomato paste.

    After well cook tomato smell leaves add chicken close with a lid.

    Then add chilli powder,garam masala,turmeric powder and salt well saute add some water.

    Cook for 10 mins it turns solid.

    Then take a chicken pieces with some gravy in dosa pan mince that well .

    After take a dough balls knead into a circle put inside that minced chicken cook a few minutes.
