Chop the red & yellow bell pepper, black olives. Give the cocktail sausages a butterfly cut. Stuff it with chopped bell peppers and olives.
Apply oil over a grilling pan and add the sausages to it and give it a quick toss. Add the sausages on the oven tray. Add red chilli powder, grated cheese and bake it in a preheated oven at 180'C for 10 - 15 minutes.
For plating, use cabbage and olives. Add the sausages and serve.
