  • 3 mixed bell peppers sliced
  • 1 cup cottage cheese crumbled
  • 1 tbsp green chutney
  • ½ tsp saffron milk
  • 2 tbsp chopped nuts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp mustard seeds
  • ½ tsp chopped green chillies
  • 2 tbsp dessicated coconut
  • salt
  • green chutney
  • Mexican salsa

    Take red yellow and green bell pepper.
  2. 2

    Slice them into thick rings.
  3. 3

    Hollow the rings.
  4. 4

    Divide the crumbled cottage cheese into three separate section.
  5. 5

    Add green chutney into the first section saffron milk and chopped nuts into the second section.
  6. 6

    In a heated pan add olive oil, mustard seeds and chopped green chillies.
  7. 7

    Add this to the third section.
  8. 8

    Also add dessicated coconut.
  9. 9

    Add salt to all the three parts of paneer.
  10. 10

    Add refined flour and mix each section individually into a dough.

    Take two different slices of the capsicum rings one big and the other smaller.
  12. 12

    In the red coloured big ring add any one section of the mixture and press it towards the outer sides of the ring and clean the sides so that the mixture stays intact with the sides.

    Then place a green coloured ring in it and fill that also with a different coloured made mixture and press the mixture gently from the top so that it gets spread even.

    In a grilling pan add olive oil and place the rings on the pan and grill well.
  15. 15

    Place the rings on the serving plate and serve it along green chutney or Mexican salsa.
