After discarding the head and tail of the bhindis slit them vertically. Heat oil in a pan. Add white sesame seeds peanuts, grated coconut, and chopped green chillies. Season with salt add red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander seeds, and cumin seeds. Roast well. When perfectly roasted allow the mixture to cool and then grind to a coarse texture.Stuff the slit lady?s fingers with this filling. Heat oil in a separate pan and fry the stuffed bhindis till they turn dark brown. In the serving bowl, arrange a bed of chopped cabbage and place bhindis over it. Serve.
