INGREDIENTS

  • 2 bananas
  • ½ tsp clarified butter
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • For The Stuffing: 1 cup grated coconut
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder
  • 3 tbsp Pistachio powder
  • 2 3 tbsp jaggery
  • 2 tsp honey
  • For Garnish: Chocolate sauce
  • Strawberry crush

HOW TO PREPARE STUFFED BANANAS

    Peel the bananas and halve.
  2. 2

    Make a slit for stuffing.
  3. 3

    To prepare the stuffing, to a bowl, add grated coconut, cardamom powder, pistachio powder, jaggery, and honey.

    Mix well and then stuff the bananas.
  5. 5

    Heat a pan and melt clarified butter.
  6. 6

    Add sugar and grill the stuffed bananas.
  7. 7

    Place the grilled bananas in a plate and drizzle with chocolate sauce and strawberry crush.

    Decorate the plate with strawberry crush and chocolate sauce.
  9. 9

    Serve.
