In a bowl combine pearl millet flour and equal quantity of all purpose flour. Add semolina, butter, baking powder, and powdered sugar. Add strawberry syrup and mix everything well. Add a pinch of salt and mix again to make a dough. Dust the tart moulds with some all purpose flour. Pinch a small portion of the dough and line the mould. Press the dough well to fit the mould. Add the beans on the tarts. Bake in a pre heated oven for 15 min at 180' C. Once baked, keep aside the beans and unmould the tarts. Fill fresh cream in a piping bag and pipe it out in the tarts to fill them. Arrange sliced fruits (pear, kiwi, apple, and orange) on the fresh cream. Drizzle strawberry syrup on top. Serve.
