INGREDIENTS

  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 cup caster sugar
  • 1 tsp corn flour
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 8 to 10 strawberries
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup strawberry marshmallows
  • For Garnish: Caster sugar
  • Chocolate hearts

HOW TO PREPARE STRAWBERRY PAVLOVA

    Beat the egg white in a bowl and add castor sugar.
  2. 2

    Add corn flour and vinegar to it and mix well.
  3. 3

    Fill the mixture in a piping bag.
  4. 4

    On a tray, spread butter sheets.
  5. 5

    Squeeze the egg white mixture in the piping bag on to these sheets in different patterns as a base for Strawberry Pavlova.
  6. 6

    To make it dry, bake the Pavlova base in a pre heated oven under a temperature of 100 to 120'C.

    Keep the Pavlova base on a slate, smear whipped cream on it and place the strawberries over it.
  8. 8

    Make different layers with the Pavlova base and cream.
  9. 9

    Place strawberry marshmallows on a new layer, and continue making layers on top.
  10. 10

    Put some cut strawberries on the top layer.
  11. 11

    Garnish it with castor sugar and chocolate hearts.
