INGREDIENTS

  • 110 gms Caster Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 110 gms flour
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 30 ml Milk
  • 150 gms Strawberry
  • 2 - 3 tbsp Caster sugar
  • 1 tsp Corn Flour

HOW TO PREPARE STRAWBERRY CENTRE FILLED MUFFIN

    In a bowl, add 110 gms butter, 110 gms castor sugar and whisk well with an electric beater.
  2. 2

    Add 2 eggs and 1 tsp vanilla extract, 110 gms flour, ¼ tsp baking powder, 30 ml milk and beat the mixture together.

    For strawberry sauce, in a pan, add 150 gms chopped strawberries, 2-3 tbsp sugar and cook well.
  4. 4

    Add 1 tsp corn flour slurry and cook well.
  5. 5

    Cool the sauce and fill put it into a piping bag.
  6. 6

    Fill the cupcake liners to its 3/4th capacity and pipe the sauce into it.
  7. 7

    Preheat the oven and bake the cupcakes at 160’C for 25-30 minutes.

    Strawberry Centre Filled Muffins are ready.
