In a bowl, add 110 gms butter, 110 gms castor sugar and whisk well with an electric beater. Add 2 eggs and 1 tsp vanilla extract, 110 gms flour, ¼ tsp baking powder, 30 ml milk and beat the mixture together. For strawberry sauce, in a pan, add 150 gms chopped strawberries, 2-3 tbsp sugar and cook well. Add 1 tsp corn flour slurry and cook well. Cool the sauce and fill put it into a piping bag. Fill the cupcake liners to its 3/4th capacity and pipe the sauce into it. Preheat the oven and bake the cupcakes at 160’C for 25-30 minutes. Strawberry Centre Filled Muffins are ready.
