INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup green chickpeas
  • 1 cup split chickpeas
  • ½ cup corn
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 2 red chilli powder
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp red
  • green
  • yellow bell pepper
  • 1½ tsp onion
  • 1½ walnuts
  • Breadcrumbs
  • ¼ onion
  • ¼ cucumber

HOW TO PREPARE STRAWBERRY BREAKFAST CREPES

    In a mixing bowl add refined flour, powdered sugar, milk, vanilla essence and cinnamon powder.

    Mix it well to form a batter.

    Allow it to rest for 5 minutes.

    For the filling: Take few strawberries and cut them into halves.
  5. 5

    Melt butter in a pan.
  6. 6

    Add the strawberries and powdered sugar.
  7. 7

    Toss it for a minute.

    For the crepes: Heat a pan and add a ladleful of batter on the pan.

    Spread the batter with a crepe stick.

    Cook it for 2 to 3 minutes on both sides.

    Then, place the prepared strawberry filling at the centre of the crepe and roll it from all sides.

    Place the prepared strawberry crepe onto a plate.
  13. 13

    garnish it with melted chocolate cream cheese, strawberry syrup, powdered sugar and mint leaves.
