  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 2 - 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 3 tbsp compressed coconut oil
  • 5 - 6 strawberries
  • 1/2 cup blanched asparagus head
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach

    In a heated pan, add sugar and let it melt. Take it off from the flame, add walnut and caramelise it in the melted sugar. Add the walnuts in a bowl.

    In a bowl, add lemon juice, salt as per taste, black pepper, coconut oil and whisk it. On a plate, add spinach leaves, asparagus, strawberry. Add coconut oil dressing, caramelised walnuts and serve.
