INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 150 gm tofu
  • 4 to 5 tart shells
  • 1 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • ½ cup sliced onion
  • 1 tbsp bean sprouts
  • 1 ½ tsp chopped ginger
  • 1 ½ tsp chopped garlic
  • 2 tsp veg oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • ½ tsp fresh chopped red chillies
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar
  • crushed black pepper
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • For Garnish: Green onion stalk chopped

HOW TO PREPARE STIR FRIED TOFU TARTS

    Heat sesame oil in a pan and add chopped ginger chopped garlic, sliced onions, chopped bell peppers and chopped carrots.

    Toss the vegetables and add veg oyster sauce vinegar, chopped fresh red chillies, bean sprouts, powdered sugar, crushed black pepper and tofu.

    Mash tofu while cooking on a low flame for 2 to 3 minutes.

    Fill the tarts with the stuffing and garnish with green onion stalks.
