- 120 gm sticky rice flour
- 60 gm cornstarch
- 1/2 cup stevia
- pulp of 2 passion fruit
- 230 ml mango juice
- In a bowl, add sticky rice flour, cornstarch, stevia and mix it well.
- In another bowl, add the pulp of passion fruit, mango juice and mix it well. Add the wet ingredients in the dry ingredients and mix it well.
- Grease the baking tray with olive oil. Pour the batter in the tray and bake it in the preheated oven at 175'C for 50 - 60 minutes.
- Set it in the fridge for 2 hours. Cut the toffee into pieces. Garnish with icing sugar and serve.
