  • 120 gm sticky rice flour
  • 60 gm cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup stevia
  • pulp of 2 passion fruit
  • 230 ml mango juice

    In a bowl, add sticky rice flour, cornstarch, stevia and mix it well.

    In another bowl, add the pulp of passion fruit, mango juice and mix it well. Add the wet ingredients in the dry ingredients and mix it well.

    Grease the baking tray with olive oil. Pour the batter in the tray and bake it in the preheated oven at 175'C for 50 - 60 minutes.

    Set it in the fridge for 2 hours. Cut the toffee into pieces. Garnish with icing sugar and serve.
