INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Whole chicken wings (Cut into 8 pieces)
  • 1 Egg
  • 5 gm Salt
  • 1 gm Black pepper
  • For the sauce:
  • 5 ml Oil
  • 5 gm Garlic
  • 1 gm Salt
  • 1 gm Black pepper
  • 5 gm Ginger
  • 10 gm Sweet chilli sauce
  • 5 gm Sugar
  • 10 ml Honey
  • 15 ml Soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Water (If required)
  • 5 gm Spring onion (For garnish)
  • 20 gm Corn flour

PREPARATION

    Wash the Chicken wings, pat dry and season the wing.

    Whisk flour, egg, salt and black peppeDip the wings in the batter.
  3. 3

    Heat oil in a Fryer, Deep fry the wings till turn crisp.

    Once done, drain on paper toweHeat a pan, add oil, garlic, ginger and saute for a minut.

    Pour the soya sauce, honey and sweet chilli sauce, mix wel.

    Finally add sugar, salt and black peppeAdd water if the sauce is too sticky.

    Simmer for 2 minutes till the sugar meltDrop in the fried wing.

    Toss to CoaGarnish with spring onion greens.
