  • 2 cups refined flour
  • ½ tbsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 - 3 tbsp chocolate chips
  • 2 - 3 tbsp icing sugar
  • 300 ml condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp malt vinegar
  • 4 - 5 tbsp olive oil
  • salt
  • mango puree
  • chocolate chips

    In a bowl mix refined flour salt, baking powder, cocoa powder, chocolate chips, icing sugar and malt vinegar, olive oil, condensed milk to form a batter.

    Pour the mixture into 3 small rectangular silicone baking moulds. Place these baking moulds in a rice cooker and cook for 18 to 20 minutes.

    Unmold the cakes and garnish them with mango puree and chocolate chips.
