  • 6 bananas
  • 75 gm almond powder
  • 8 gm baking powder
  • 8 gm baking soda
  • 150 ml honey
  • 200 gm Wheat flour
  • 200 gm brown sugar
  • 90 gm walnuts
  • 75 gm oats
  • ground
  • 250 ml olive oil
  • Grape syrup
  • Mint leaves
  • Whipped cream

    For the batter blend together bananas, almond powder, baking powder, baking soda, honey, wheat flour, brown sugar, walnuts, ground oats, and olive oil in a food processor.

    Blend to a fine paste.

    Transfer the batter to ramekins.
  4. 4

    Steam the pudding first on a high flame for 2 to 3 min and then on a low flame for 20 to 22 min.

    Once steamed, allow the pudding to cool for 5 min at room temperature.
  6. 6

    Garnish pudding with grape syrup, whipped cream, and mint leaves.
