Steamed Chicken With Chilly

Steamed of chilly chicken prepared using finely chopped spring onions, ginger, green chillies, soya sauce, corn flour and finally served in pok choy leaves.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 bitter gourds
  • Chilled water
  • Salt
  • 200 gm minced chicken
  • ½ egg white
  • 2 tsp corn flour
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp chillies
  • 1½ tsp soya sauce
  • Black pepper powder
  • 1 wedge Lemon
  • Soya sauce

HOW TO PREPARE STEAMED CHICKEN WITH CHILLY

    In a mixing bowl add the boneless, diced chicken breast pieces, ginger juliennes, and finely chopped spring onion greens.

    Season with dark soy sauce, salt, and pepper and mix well.
  3. 3

    Add chopped green chillies, oil, and lemon juice.
  4. 4

    Add corn flour and water and mix well.
  5. 5

    Take a wide utensil and add boiling water.
  6. 6

    In a bamboo steamer, make a bok choy bed, add the chicken mix, and steam for 15 to 20 minutes.
  7. 7

    Carefully remove the chicken from the steamer and garnish with lemon peel.
