INGREDIENTS

  • 6 to 8 pieces chicken breast boneless
  • 2 to 3 spring onion greens
  • 4 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • Sal
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 2 to 3 bok choy leaves
  • 1 tsp corn flour
  • Crushed black pepper
  • 1 tbsp ginger juliennes
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 Green chillies
  • Water

HOW TO PREPARE STEAMED CHICKEN WITH CHILLI & SPRING ONION

    In a mixing bowl add the boneless, diced chicken breast pieces, ginger juliennes, and finely chopped spring onion greens.

    Season with dark soy sauce, salt, and pepper and mix well.

    Add chopped green chillies, oil, and lemon juice.

    Add corn flour and water and mix well.
  5. 5

    Take a wide utensil and add boiling water.

    In a bamboo steamer, make a bok choy bed, add the chicken mix, and steam for 15 to 20 minutes.

    Carefully remove the chicken from the steamer and garnish with lemon peel.
