INGREDIENTS

  • 1cup hung curd
  • 1cup walnut
  • Sugar powder according to your tast
  • 1cup condence milk
  • 1/2tsp ilaichi powder
  • 2-3 pinch cinnamon powder
  • 2tsp organe syrup
  • 1/2 cup fresh cream
  • 2-3 tbsp fresh curd

PREPARATION

    Take a bowl ..put hung curd and mix it well ..now put sugar powder, cinnamon powder,ilaichi powder , little bit of cream ,and 1 tbsp of condence milk and chopped walnuts in it ...mix the mixture well.

    Now heat water to steam it ...

    After the water is heat ...put the mixture in small glass or in anything in which you want to steam it .

    Steam this for 8 to 10 minutes ...

    Now take another bowl put condense milk,fresh cream,fresh curd,ilaichi powder,orange syrup, walnut paste 1 tbsp in it ...and mix this all well .. keep a side .

    Now take a pan put sugar for caramel it ...now put rosted walnut in it ...😊😊.

    Now take the condense milk mixture on the plate put steam yogurt in the centre and also put crunchy walnut in the of steam yogurt....serve it to your family and enjoy.
