INGREDIENTS

  • mango
  • 2.Milk ( full crea1 glass
  • 3.Milk powder 2tb
  • 4.Almond and cashew powder 3tb
  • 5.Cardamom Pods 4-5
  • sugar 1/2 cup

PREPARATION

    take the milk in a pan and reduce it till half.

    add milk powder,almond and cashew powder and cardamo.

    now add sugar .

    kulfi mixture is ready cool it.
  5. 5

    take a big mango cut the top part of it to make a cap . it will be used at the end.
  6. 6

    with the help of knife or spoon take out the seed only not the pulp.
  7. 7

    now fill the mango with the kulfi and cover it with the cap.
  8. 8

    put it in freezer for 4-5 hr.
  9. 9

    cut and serve it.
