Squash Roly Poly

This finger food combines yellow zucchini and camembert cheese.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Yellow Zucchini
  • 200 gms dough
  • ¼ block cheese
  • 2 to 3 stalks fresh Coriander Leaves
  • 2 to 3 Parsley Leaves
  • 1 Onion
  • ½ Camember cheese

HOW TO PREPARE SQUASH ROLY POLY

    Knead the dough.
  2. 2

    Roll the dough and trim edges.
  3. 3

    Slices Zucchini.
  4. 4

    Brush olive oil on dough.
  5. 5

    lay slices in centre.
  6. 6

    Grate cheese over.
  7. 7

    Lay pieces of fresh Coriander Leaves and Parsley Leaves.
  8. 8

    Brush olive oil on side.
  9. 9

    Roll dough around and wrap.
  10. 10

    Seal in layers of foil and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  11. 11

    Cut edges of roly poly and remove foil.
  12. 12

    Cut thick pieces.

    Cut onion.
  14. 14

    Skew on satay sticks.
  15. 15

    Cut Camember cheese into half and Skew on satay sticks.
  16. 16

    Place on a baking tray.
  17. 17

    bake at 160 c for 8 to 10 minutes.
  18. 18

    Serve with Micro greens, Sprinkle Cumin powder and bake Camember cheese.
