  • 2 tbsp Oats
  • 1 tbsp Whole Wheat Flour
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp Curd
  • Water

  • FOR Stuffing
  • 1 Onions
  • 2 Green Chillies
  • 1/2 Corianders
  • Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Cumin Seeds
  • 1/2 gms Aldfalfa Sprouts
  • 1/2 gms Moong Sprouts
  • 1/2 gms asafoetida
  • Pepper
  • Salt

HOW TO PREPARE SPROUT STUFFED OAT AND WHOLE WHEAT PARATHAS

    In a bowl add ½ cup oats, 1 cup whole wheat flour, salt, 1 tbsp curd and make a dough using water.

    Rest the dough.

    Heat a pan and add 1tbsp olive oil.
  4. 4

    Add 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 chopped onion, 1 tsp chopped green chillies, 1 cup alpha sprouts, ½ cup moong bean sprouts, ½ tsp asafoetida.

    Season it with salt, add black pepper and add chopped coriander and mix well.

    Let the stuffing cool down.
  7. 7

    Cut round balls of dough and fill them with the stuffing and seal the end.
  8. 8

    Dust some flour on the workstation and roll the dough into a paratha.
  9. 9

    Heat a tawa and cook the paratha from both sides.
  10. 10

    Add 1 tsp oil while cooking.
