  • 1 tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 1 cup mixed sprouts
  • 1 cup pomegranate
  • salt
  • ½ tsp chaat masala
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • sev
  • canapes

    Deseed a tomato and chop it into small pieces.

    Transfer it to a bowl, add chopped onion, boiled mixed sprouts, pomegranate pearls and salt.

    Add chaat masala, sugar, sweet chutney and mix well.

    Add chopped coriander leaves and mix again.

    Place the mixture in canapes.
  6. 6

    Garnish it with sev.
  7. 7

    Sprout Canapes are ready to serve.
