  • For Sprout Canapes: 1 Tomato
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Cup Mixed Sprouts
  • 1 Cup Pomegranate
  • Salt
  • ½ tsp Chaat Masala
  • ½ tsp Sugar
  • Sev
  • Canapes

    Procedure to make Sprout Canapes: Deseed a tomato and chop it into small pieces.

    Transfer it to a bowl.

    Add chopped onion, boiled mixed sprouts, pomegranate pearls and salt.

    Add chaat masala, sugar, sweet chutney and mix well.
  5. 5

    Add chopped coriander leaves and mix again.
  6. 6

    Place the mixture in canapes.
  7. 7

    Garnish it with sev.
  8. 8

    Sprout Canapes are ready to serve.
