INGREDIENTS

  • 1 chopped spring onion
  • 1/2 cabbage
  • 2-4 tbsp olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1/2 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1 cup mashed potato
  • 1/2 tbsp potato flour
  • 1 tsp green Tabasco
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • chopped chives

PREPARATION

    In a heated pan, add olive oil, chopped cabbage and toss it. Add chopped spring onion, salt & pepper as per taste and toss it.

    Add chilli flakes, chopped garlic and toss it. Add the mixture in a bowl. Add mashed potato, potato flour and mix it nicely.

    Add salt & pepper as per taste. Add green tabasco and mix it nicely. Prepare small patties of the mixture.

    In a pan, add olive oil, patties and cook it until it turns brown and crispy from both the sides. Add butter.
  5. 5

    Squeeze lemon juice and turn off the flame.
  6. 6

    Serve the patties on a plate with cream cheese and garnish with chopped chives.
