INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3-4 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2-3 tbsp paprika, Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 cup tofu, carrot juliennes, cucumber juliennes, bell pepper juliennes, spinach leaves, red cabbage juliennes, alfalfa sprouts

HOW TO PREPARE SPINACH WRAP

    In a bowl, mix together honey, sesame oil, sesame seeds, paprika, salt , Pour the olive oil into a pan.

    Add the tofu to the pan and saut� well.
  3. 3

    Place the tofu on a roti, then some chopped carrot, cucumber, bell pepper and red cabbage juliennes.
  4. 4

    Add the chopped spinach leaves and alfalfa sprouts, Top it off with the honey-sesame mixture and then roll the roti tight.

    Heat the roti before you serve it.
