INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • ¼ cup yellow bell pepper
  • ¼ cup red bell pepper
  • salt
  • black pepper powder
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ¼ cup ricotta cheese
  • Red bell pepper juliennes
  • Yellow bell pepper juliennes
  • Parsley sprig

HOW TO PREPARE SPINACH & RICOTTA SCRAMBLE

    In a pan heat olive oil.

    Add blanched and chopped spinach leaves.
  3. 3

    Allow water to dry.
  4. 4

    Add chopped yellow and red bell peppers.
  5. 5

    Lower the flame and cook well.
  6. 6

    Season with salt and black pepper powder.
  7. 7

    Add milk.
  8. 8

    Mix well.
  9. 9

    In the serving plate, keep the ring mould at the centre, make a layer of the mixture in the bottom and half fill it.

    Then add a layer of ricotta cheese on top of it.
  11. 11

    Slowly lift the ring mould.
  12. 12

    Garnish with julienned red and yellow bell peppers and parsley sprig.
