INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • ¼ cup yellow bell pepper
  • ¼ cup red bell pepper
  • salt
  • black pepper powder
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ¼ cup ricotta cheese
  • Red bell pepper juliennes
  • Yellow bell pepper juliennes
  • Parsley sprig

PREPARATION

    In a pan heat olive oil. Add blanched and chopped spinach leaves. Allow water to dry. Add chopped yellow and red bell peppers. Lower the flame and cook well. Season with salt and black pepper powder. Add milk. Mix well. In the serving plate, keep the ring mould at the centre, make a layer of the mixture in the bottom and half fill it. Then add a layer of ricotta cheese on top of it. Slowly lift the ring mould. Garnish with julienned red and yellow bell peppers and parsley sprig.
