Prepare lamb stew as an accompaniment to rice. Boil water in a saucepan and then add rice. Let it boil. Sieve the boiled rice. Switch on the gas burner and place a pan over it. Add oil to the pan and then add chopped garlic to the cold oil. Add chopped onion, finely chopped spinach, nutmeg powder, cream, black pepper powder, salt, and the boiled rice. Add grated parmesan cheese and mix. Place a ring mould in the serving plate and fill it with the prepared rice. Remove and serve the rice with hot lamb stew.
