INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 potato
  • 1 tomato
  • 300 g baby spinach, Salt
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, water
  • 1 tsp coriander powder

HOW TO PREPARE SPINACH AND POTATO CURRY

    Heat oil in a non-stick pot.

    Add diced onions, minced garlic cloves, diced potatoes, chopped tomatoes and baby spinach leaves.

    Saut� them well.

    Then, add salt, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and water.

    Mix them well and cook for 8 to 10 minutes.

    Your spinach and potato curry is ready to be served.
