INGREDIENTS

  • For fish
  • 2 seer fish
  • 2 to 3 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 cocktail onion
  • black pepper powdered
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • salt to taste
  • For the dip
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp green chilli paste
  • black pepper powdered
  • salt to taste
  • For french loaf
  • 1 french loaf
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • black pepper powdered
  • salt to taste
  • For garnish
  • lemon slices
  • parsley leaves

PREPARATION

    Take 2 pieces of frozen seer fish. Use a hot pan to saute chopped ginger and garlic with a little oil.

    Add finely chopped cocktail onion and saute.
  3. 3

    Sprinkle black pepper powder and salt over the fish, and a drizzle of lemon juice.

    Place the fish pieces on the same pan. Let the fish cook.

    Garnish the fish with sliced lemon and parsley leaves.

    For the dip, mix mayonnaise with green chilli paste in a bowl. Add salt and black pepper as required and mix well.

    Slice the French loaf into 2 pieces. Slice one half into 3 to 4 long pieces.

    In a separate bowl, mix the butter with the chopped garlic and chopped parsley. Add black pepper and salt to taste and Mix well.

    Spread the butter paste on the sliced French loaf.

    Roast on a hot pan till it becomes crunchy.

    Serve the fish with the butter toasted French loaf and mayo dip.
