  • 1 Onion, finely chopped
  • 3-4 garlic cloves
  • 1 Carrot, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tbsp celery, chopped
  • 2 Green chilies, chopped
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 Carrot, chopped
  • ½ cup red meat(mutton), chopped
  • 1 celery, chopped
  • 1 cup vegetable stock, Salt to taste, crushed black pepper
  • ½ cup oats
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • FOR garnish
  • melon seeds
  • chilli oil

    Heat oil in a pan.

    Add ginger garlic paste, chopped onion, chopped carrot, chopped mutton, chopped celery, vegetable stock, salt, crushed black pepper, oats, and lemon juice.

    Cook for some time.

    Add the soup in a deep plate.

    Garnish with melon seeds and chilli oil.
