  • 1 masala mackerel
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 6 to 7 phyllo sheets
  • water as required
  • oil for frying
  • mint sauce for garnish

    Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and shallow fry the Masala mackerel.

    For the samosa stuffing, separate the flesh from the bones and slightly chop the fish.
  3. 3

    Place the flesh in a bowl.
  4. 4

    Add lemon juice to the fish and mix well.
  5. 5

    Samosa filling is ready.

    Apply water to the phyllo sheets.
  7. 7

    Place a spoonful of the fish mixture at one end of the sheet.
  8. 8

    Lift one end of the sheet to make a triangle.
  9. 9

    Fold again to form one more triangle , repeat this process till the end of the phyllo sheet is reached.

    Grease a baking tray with oil.
  11. 11

    Bake the samosa for 5 to 6 minutes in a preheated oven.
