Sparkling Cucumber Lemonade
Cucumber has high water content and is consumed to counter dehydration in summer. Chef Gautam Mehrishi uses cucumber in a unique way to make refreshing lemonade. This summer, ditch the traditional lemonade for the Sparkling Cucumber Lemonade.

  • 50 gm cucumber
  • 10 - 12 ice cubes
  • 2 - 2 1/2 cup water
  • Cucumber slices
  • 4 - 5 basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 lemon juliennes
  • For garnish: Lemon slices, Flower petals

    In a blender jar, add diced cucumber and blend it Add ice cubes and blend it again In a soda syphon, add water, cucumber juice and basil leaves Prepare a foam textured mixture.

    In a glass add ice cubes, slices of cucumber, basil leaves, lemon juice, lemon juliennes Add basil leaves and muddle it Add the cucumber juice.
  3. 3

    Garnish it with lemon slices, flower petals and Sparkling Cucumber Lemonade is ready to serve.
