INGREDIENTS

  • 50 gm cucumber
  • 10 - 12 ice cubes
  • 2 - 2 1/2 cup water
  • cucumber slices
  • 4 - 5 basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 lemon juliennes
  • lemon slices and flower petals for garnish

PREPARATION

    In a blender jar, add diced cucumber and blend it. Add ice cubes and blend it again. In a soda syphon, add water, cucumber juice and basil leaves. Prepare a foam textured mixture.

    In a glass add ice cubes, slices of cucumber, basil leaves, lemon juice, lemon juliennes. Add basil leaves and muddle it. Add the cucumber juice.

    Garnish it with lemon slices, flower petals and Sparkling Cucumber Lemonade is ready to serve.
