INGREDIENTS

  • 5 to 6 tomato
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 soaked bread
  • 3 to 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 cucumber peeled
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • black pepper powder
  • salt

HOW TO PREPARE SPANISH GAZPACHO

    Blend the tomatoes with all of the bell peppers.

    To the mixture, add soaked bread, garlic cloves, chopped cucumber, red wine vinegar, olive oil, pepper powder, and salt.

    Blend again.

    Strain the liquid into a bowl, and transfer it to a serving glass.

    Garnish with the tomato slice, mint leaves, olive oil, and black pepper powder.
  6. 6

    Serve with the French loaf slices and the parmesan cheese.
