INGREDIENTS

  • Spaghetti as required, Water as required, Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp oil
  • FOR the meatballs
  • 1onionpeeled
  • 8-10garlic cloves
  • 1celery
  • 1Carrot chopped
  • 4Rosemary sprigs
  • 500 gm meatminced
  • 1egg
  • Sea salt
  • crushed black pepper
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1cantomatoescanned
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp red chilli flakes
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • FOR garnish
  • Fresh parsley
  • red chilli flakes
  • Parmesan cheeseshaves
  • basil leaves

HOW TO PREPARE SPAGHETTI WITH LAMB MEATBALLS

    Boil water in a pan and add spaghetti and some salt to it.

    Set aside the boiled spaghetti for some time and drizzle olive oil over it.

    Grind peeled onion, garlic cloves, celery, chopped carrot, and rosemary sprigs.

    Add the mixture to the bowl of minced meat.
  5. 5

    Add egg, sea salt, and crushed black pepper.
  6. 6

    Mix all the ingredients well and then add breadcrumbs.

    Make small balls from the mixture.

    Heat olive oil in a pan and shallow fry the meatballs on both sides.

    Add canned tomatoes, salt, red chilli flakes, and oregano to the pan.

    Mix them well with the meat balls.

    Serve the boiled spaghetti in a wooden bowl.

    Garnish with fresh parsley and red chilli flakes.

    Drizzle tomato sauce over it.

    Garnish with Parmesan cheese and fresh basil leaves.
