INGREDIENTS

  • FOR Popcorn Plum Tart Dough
  • 1 cup refined flour
  • 2 tbsp ricotta cheese
  • salt
  • 1 tbsp white butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • ¼ cup milk
  • water
  • FOR Filling
  • 2 plums
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 3 tbsp fresh cream
  • 3 tbsp pistachios
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 tbsp ricotta cheese
  • olive oil
  • 1 cup popcorn
  • FOR Plum Salsa
  • 1 plum
  • 2 tbsp pistachios
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • ½ cup fresh cream
  • olive oil

HOW TO PREPARE SPAGHETTI WITH BEAN BALLS

    Procedure to make Popcorn plum tart: In a bowl add refined flour, ricotta cheese, salt and mix it.

    Add white butter, sugar, milk, water and prepare a dough.
  3. 3

    Chop the plums and add it in a bowl.
  4. 4

    Add sugar, yoghurt, fresh cream and mix it well.
  5. 5

    Add finely chopped pistachios, milk, ricotta cheese and mix it.

    Roll out the dough over the flour.
  7. 7

    Brush olive oil on the tart mould, dust flour and place the dough on it.

    Cut out the edges.

    To the dough add plum filling, popcorn, add yoghurt mixture and bake it in the oven at 175' C for 18 - 20 minutes.

    Finely chop the plums and add it in a bowl.

    Add finely chopped pistachios, parsley, black pepper powder, salt, sugar, fresh cream and mix it well.

    Add olive oil and mix it.

    Cut the slices of tart.

    To garnish add salsa, popcorn and Popcorn plum tart is ready to serve.
