INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup soya bean crumbs
  • 2 to 3 sweet boiled potatoes and peeled
  • Bell pappers
  • 1 to 2 tsp coriander leaves
  • 5 to 6 Mint leaves
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • black pepper powder
  • salt
  • Beetroot and cabbage juliennes
  • tomato sauce
  • Yogurt

HOW TO PREPARE SOYABEAN NUGGETS

    In a mixing bowl combine soya bean crumbs and sweet potatoes.

    Mash well.
  3. 3

    Add chopped red green, and yellow bell peppers, chopped coriander leaves, and mint leaves.

    Mix well.
  5. 5

    Season with black pepper powder and salt.
  6. 6

    Mix again.
  7. 7

    Make small nuggets from the mixture.
  8. 8

    Heat oil in a pan.
  9. 9

    Shallow fry the nuggets for frying on both sides.
  10. 10

    In the serving plate, arrange the juliennes of cabbage, beetroot, and cabbage.

    Place the nuggets on the juliennes.
  12. 12

    Top with tomato sauce and yogurt.
