INGREDIENTS

  • Soya chunks 250 grms
  • Green peas 1cup
  • Potatoes 2to 3
  • Tomato puree of 3tomatoes
  • Ginger garlic onion paste 1tbsp each
  • Green coriander and mint paste each one spoon
  • Olive oil 3spoons and one spoon butter
  • Kashmiri red chilli powder turmeric powder roasted cumin powder chat masala kasuri methi each one spoon black salt as per taste
  • One spoon curd
  • Water 2 to 3 cups
  • Green coriander

PREPARATION

    Heat oil and butter in kadhayi cooker .
  2. 2

    Add ginger garlic onion paste together and let it brown Little .
  3. 3

    Add tomato puree.
  4. 4

    Add chilli turmeric coriander powder chat masala .
  5. 5

    Add little water half cup.
  6. 6

    Add mint and coriander paste.
  7. 7

    Add green coriander .
  8. 8

    Pressure cook this ingredients for 3 minutes .

    Add salt as per taste .

    Add potatoes and green peas to the thick gravy.

    Again pressure cook for 5 minutes .

    When potatoes are cooked and when oil separates from gravy add kasuri methi and finely chopped coriander .

    Add soya chunks to this gravy soya chunks to be cooked till water boils squeeze chunks after cooling and add it to veg gravy DO NOT COOK CHUNKS IN GRAVYMORE THAN 2MIN COOK ONLY BEFORE SERVING .FOR TWO MINTS .

    GARNISH IT WITH TOMATO SPRING ONIONS MINT CORIANDER LEAVAVES SLICE OF LEMON OPTIONAL .
