INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp pav bhaji masala
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • ½ tsp amchur powder
  • ½ chopped Tomato
  • 1 cup soaked soya granules
  • 2 tbsp green peas
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • 1 tbsp Fresh chopped coriander leaves
  • salt to taste
  • For Garnish: Fresh coriander leaves.

HOW TO PREPARE SOYA BROWN RICE

    Heat olive oil in a pan.
  2. 2

    Add chopped garlic chopped onion, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, pav bhaji masala, red chilli powder and amchur powder.

    Mix well.

    Add chopped tomato to the masala.
  5. 5

    When the tomato is cooked add the soaked soya granules and green peas.
  6. 6

    Add a little salt and mix again.
  7. 7

    Add cooked brown rice to this mixture.
  8. 8

    Mix well by adding chopped coriander leaves.
  9. 9

    Soya brown rice is ready.
  10. 10

    Transfer it to a serving plate.
  11. 11

    Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
