INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup soya bean crumbs
  • 2 to 3 boiled and peeled sweet potatoes
  • Bell peppers
  • 1 to 2 tsp coriander leaves
  • 5 to 6 Mint leaves
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • black pepper powder
  • salt
  • Beetroot and cabbage juliennes
  • tomato sauce
  • Yogurt

HOW TO PREPARE SOYA BEAN NUGGETS

  1. 1

    In a mixing bowl combine soya bean crumbs and sweet potatoes.
  2. 2

    Add chopped red, green, and yellow bell peppers, chopped coriander leaves, and mint leaves Mix well.
  3. 3

    Season with black pepper powder and salt and mix again.
  4. 4

    Make small nuggets from the mixture Heat oil in a pan Shallow fry the nuggets for frying on both sides.
  5. 5

    In the serving plate, arrange the cabbage and beetroot juliennes Place the nuggets on the juliennes Top with tomato sauce and yogurt.
