Soy Stuffed Japanese Omelette

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup boiled soya beans
  • 3 tsp moong dal
  • ½ cup carrots
  • ½ cup red bell pepper
  • 1 tsp dill leaves
  • ¼ cup paneer
  • ¼ cup coriander leaves
  • ¼ cup spring onions
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp black salt
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • ½ cup curd
  • 1 cucumber
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • ¼ cup basil seeds
  • Salt
  • 1 lemon
  • ½ degi mirch
  • Green garlic
  • Cherry tomato

HOW TO PREPARE SOY STUFFED JAPANESE OMELETTE

    In a mixing bowl add eggs, soy sauce, water, powdered sugar and salt.

    Whisk it well and keep it aside for 5 to 7 minutes.

    For the filling: Heat oil in a pan.
  4. 4

    Add chopped garlic ground soya nuggets and soy sauce.
  5. 5

    Mix it well.
  6. 6

    To prepare the omelette: Pour the prepared omelette mixture on the pan.
  7. 7

    Spread the omelette mixture till the edges of the pan.
  8. 8

    Then, stuff in the prepared filling mixture at the centre of the omelette.
  9. 9

    Fold all the edges and roll the Frankie.
  10. 10

    Serve the omelette with a muskmelon wedge and garnish it with a mint sprig.
