INGREDIENTS

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp powder sugar
  • salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1/2 cup ground soya nuggets
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 muskmelon

PREPARATION

    In a mixing bowl add eggs, soy sauce, water, powdered sugar and salt. Whisk it well and keep it aside for 5 to 7 minutes. For the filling: Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic ground soya nuggets and soy sauce. Mix it well. To prepare the omelette: Pour the prepared omelette mixture on the pan. Spread the omelette mixture till the edges of the pan. Then, stuff in the prepared filling mixture at the centre of the omelette. Fold all the edges and roll the Frankie. Serve the omelette with a muskmelon wedge and garnish it with a mint sprig.
