  • ½ cup boiled soya beans; 3 tsp moong dal; ½ cup carrots; ½ cup red bell pepper; 1 tsp dill leaves; ¼ cup paneer; ¼ cup coriander leaves; ¼ cup spring onions; 1 tbsp oil; 1 tsp black salt; 1 tsp vinegar; ½ cup curd; 1 cucumber; Salt; Black pepper; ¼ cup basil seeds; Salt; 1 lemon; ½ degi mirch; Green garlic; Cherry tomato

HOW TO PREPARE SOY STUFFED JAPANESE OMELETTE

    In a mixing bowl add eggs, soy sauce, water, powdered sugar and salt.

    ; Whisk it well and keep it aside for 5 to 7 minutes.

    ; For the filling: Heat oil in a pan.

    ; Add chopped garlic ground soya nuggets and soy sauce.

    ; Mix it well.

    ; To prepare the omelette: Pour the prepared omelette mixture on the pan.

    ; Spread the omelette mixture till the edges of the pan.

    ; Then, stuff in the prepared filling mixture at the centre of the omelette.

    ; Fold all the edges and roll the Frankie.

    ; Serve the omelette with a muskmelon wedge and garnish it with a mint sprig.
