INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup soaked sago
  • ¼ cup jaggery
  • grated
  • ½ cup sugar water
  • Rose petals
  • Caramelized sugar wire

PREPARATION

    Heat the coconut milk in a non stick pan. Add water as required. Bring the mixture to a boil. Add the soaked sago. Mix well. Add the grated jaggery. Stir and set aside. In a different pan, add sugar and sprinkle some water over it. Caramelize the sugar and set aside. Dip the edges of a Martini glass in the caramelized sugar. Serve the coconut mixture in the glass, garnishing with the rose petals and the caramelized sugar wire.
