  • Refined Flour
  • Salt
  • Mixed Herbs
  • Dash of Pepper
  • Chicken Stock
  • Olive oil
  • Butter
  • Mushroom
  • Sliced onion
  • Soup mix powder
  • Fresh Herbs
  • Fresh Cream
  • Chopped Vegetables
  • Chilli Flakes
  • Crushed Pepper

HOW TO PREPARE SOUP MIX SEARED CHICKEN WITH SEASONAL VEGGIES

    Beat Chicken breasts and flatten it, Add Refined flour in plate, Season it with salt add few mixed herbs and some pepper and mix well.

    Coat chicken breasts with the flour mixture.

    Apply oil in pan, Fry chicken in pan, Put fried chicken and apply chicken stock, Bake it at 180'c for 10- 15 min.

    In Pan add olive oil and butter, Add chopped mushrooms, Sauté it, Some sliced onions, add Soup Mix Powder, Add Some Chicken Stock, Season with Fresh Herbs add cream, Add some Chopped vegetables in pan with olive oil, Add mixed herbs and some pepper and toss it.
