  • 100 gm dried shrimp
  • 2-3 tbsp desi ghee
  • 250 gm spring onion
  • 1 big piece ginger
  • mustard oil
  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 4-5 small brinjals
  • salt to taste
  • 2 green chillies
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • spring onion
  • roasted shrimp

    Roast 100 gm shrimp in ghee and soak the other 100 gm shrimp in water.

    Take oil in a pan, add chopped ginger, chopped green chillies, spring onion, turmeric powder, brinjal, salt, soaked shrimp and cook.

    Combine chopped spring onions, green chillies and lemon juice in a bowl.

    Pour this mixture and the roasted shrimps on the cooked shrimp-brinjal mixture.
