INGREDIENTS

  • ¼ cup
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • ¼ cup cauliflower
  • cup carrots
  • ¼ cup French beans
  • ¼ cup green peas ground
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • ¼ cup rice boiled
  • 1 tbsp White butter
  • 1 tbsp oil for frying
  • black pepper powder
  • salt
  • water
  • Ketchup
  • Mustard sauce
  • Green chutney
  • Yellow and red bell pepper flowers

HOW TO PREPARE SMILEY PATTY

    Heat oil in a pan.

    Add some cumin seeds chopped cauliflower, carrots, and French beans.

    Saute well.
  4. 4

    Add salt, cumin powder, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and some water.

    Mix well and cook for some time.

    Transfer the mixture to a bowl.

    Take some boiled rice in another bowl.

    Add white butter and mix well.

    Take some rice and flatten between your palms.

    Fill the vegetable mixture in the rice.

    Wrap it and make a round shape.

    Heat a pan with a little oil.

    Shallow fry the patties on both sides.

    Transfer the patties to a serving plate.

    Make some smiley shapes on the patties with ketchup, mustard sauce, and green chutney.

    Decorate the plate with yellow and red bell pepper flower.
